These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gtechlabz.com and any related services (the "Services") operated by G Tech Research ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services or purchase products. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Research use only — buyer certification
Every product is sold solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. By purchasing, you certify that:
- you are a qualified researcher or professional, or are purchasing on behalf of one;
- you will not use, administer, or allow any product to be used in or on humans or animals, or for any food, drug, cosmetic, household, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose;
- you will not resell, relabel, repackage, or market any product for human or animal use;
- you will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with all applicable laws and safe laboratory practice; and
- your purchase, import, possession, and use of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We do not provide dosing, administration, or medical information, and nothing on the Services, our social media, or communications from our team or affiliates is medical advice. We may cancel any order, close any account, and refuse future service if we believe a product is intended for human or animal use or that these Terms have been violated.
3. Product information
We try to describe products and display Certificates of Analysis (COAs) accurately. Analytical results apply to the specific lot tested. Product images may be illustrative. We do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, and we may correct errors and update information at any time.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that are placed by resellers, or that we believe violate these Terms or applicable law; if we cancel a paid order we will refund the amount charged. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Promotional codes and store credit have no cash value and are subject to the terms stated with them. Payment must be received before an order ships.
5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.
6. Payment disputes
If there is a problem with an order, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within one business day. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may result in account closure. We reserve the right to provide order, delivery, and communication records to your card issuer in response to any dispute.
7. Accounts, store credit, and promotions
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud or abuse. One welcome offer per person and household.
8. Reviews and user content
Reviews must be honest, reflect your genuine experience, and must not describe human or animal use, dosing, or health outcomes. We may remove content that violates these Terms. Where we offer store credit for a review, it is given for an honest review regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
9. Assumption of risk
Research chemicals may be hazardous and must be handled only by trained individuals using appropriate safety equipment and procedures. You assume all risk and liability arising from the handling, storage, use, misuse, and disposal of any product you purchase.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by G Tech Research or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G Tech Research and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of any product or the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G Tech Research from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use or misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
