This Privacy Policy explains how G Tech Research ("we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit gtechlabz.com, create an account, place an order, join our programs, or otherwise interact with us (the "Services").
Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, account username.
- Commercial information: orders, products viewed or added to cart, store credit, coupon and affiliate code use.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Internet and device activity: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
- Communications: emails, messages, reviews, feedback, and affiliate applications you send us, including social media handles you provide.
- Age and purchase attestations: your confirmation that you are 21+ and that purchases are for research use only.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information and do not use any personal information to infer characteristics about you.
How we use information
- to process, ship, and support orders and accounts;
- to send transactional messages (order, shipping, delivery, account emails);
- to send marketing emails if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message;
- to run our affiliate, store-credit, and review programs;
- to prevent fraud, bots, card testing, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms;
- to measure and improve the Services and our advertising; and
- to comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information to service providers that help us operate, including our payment processor, shipping carriers (such as UPS), email delivery providers, website hosting and security providers (including bot protection such as Cloudflare Turnstile), and analytics providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect our rights and customers, or as part of a business transfer.
Advertising pixels. We use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure ads and show relevant ads. Under California law this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (cart, login, age confirmation, language choice), preference cookies, and analytics/advertising cookies and pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may affect site features.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access and receive a copy of it; correct inaccurate information; delete it (subject to legal exceptions); opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@gtechlabz.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request by matching the email address and order information on file, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with your written permission.
In the past 12 months we collected the categories listed above from you directly, from your device, and from our service providers, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients listed above for the business purposes described. Identifiers and internet activity may have been "shared" with advertising partners as described above.
Customers in Canada
We process personal information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and improving the Services), and, for marketing, with your consent. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or object to processing by emailing us. Your information is processed and stored in the United States. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Retention
We keep order and transaction records as long as required for tax, accounting, chargeback, and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years), account information while your account is active, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and bot protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Age restriction
The Services are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
