Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, and we cannot resell returned items. We stand behind every order, though — if something is wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gtechlabz.com with your order number and clear photos of the package, labels, and items. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items, at no cost to you.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved. Packages delivered to the address entered at checkout are considered delivered; please double-check your address.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible — orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.
Unopened products
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, at our discretion, if you contact us first for authorization. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are refunded only when the problem was our error. If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead.
Promotions and free items
Free items, discounts, and store credit received with an order are deducted from refunds of that order if the qualifying items are refunded.

We answer most emails the same day. Contacting us first is the fastest way to resolve any problem.
